There are times in our family where we are naturally faced with difficult challenges. That being said we need to remember that though it may seem stress can be a bad thing it is quite different. Many people fall into stress that can make them feel like they need to get up and want to take control, which is a natural response to being under such circumstances. When it enters are family it is not just us that has to deal with it but sometimes it gets passed around in our family by default. This is when we have to look at stress in a positive view point.

When you become in distress you are also letting it seep into your marriage and seep into how it effects your children. For example money is a common stress factor in couple but there are ways to help fight having to deal with these things.
To help fight stress we must plan ahead in how we choose to handle times of difficulty. So when it comes with money and in marraige you can set limits on spending and also from the start have a combined savings account which could create friction. The majority of stress in couples is found in finances and raising children so planning ahead and making sure you stress instead distress can help in remaining emotionally healthy in your family.
